• Operate dishwashing stations and wash production dishes, pots, pans, and glassware promptly.

• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of all dishware and kitchen tools.

• Aid with refilling cleaning supplies and managing dishwashing inventory.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area—emptying trash, sweeping, and mopping as needed.

• Assist with basic kitchen prep, like washing vegetables and shoreline ingredients.

• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to your supervisor.

• Support kitchen staff with extra duties during peak service periods.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to meet Toast Hospitality’s commitment to excellence.

• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and the flexibility to thrive in a seasonal, fast-paced environment.

• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations.

• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• No prior experience is required—you’ll receive training on our equipment, standards, and practices.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts depending on guest demand.
