Spa Guest Services Representative

Warm, welcoming, and service-minded? Join the team at Foundation Spa. From greeting guests with a smile to guiding them through their visit, you’ll be the face of our spa experience. You’ll help guests feel at ease, answer questions, manage appointments, and maintain the smooth operation of the lounge and locker room. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail will make you a standout in this role.

    • Greet guests warmly, provide spa tours, and ensure a welcoming experience from check-in to checkout

    • Book, update, and cancel appointments accurately while assisting with phone and in-person inquiries

    • Promote spa services and retail products; support retail sales goals through knowledgeable recommendations

    • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked reception, lounge, and locker areas

    • Escort guests to locker rooms, distribute robes/slippers, and ensure comfort throughout their visit

    • Handle transactions, manage desk cash bank, and assist with inventory and product displays

    • Report guest concerns to management and support overall spa operations as needed

    • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for guest service

    • Strong communication and computer skills

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

    • Basic math and cash handling skills

    • Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred

    • Reporting: Spa Director

    • Employment Type: Part-time

    • Compensation: starts at $17 / hour + Retail Incentive Opportunities

    • Availability: Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required
