    • Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to the guests in a timely manner.

    • Assist with product check-in and rotation to ensure all recipes and orders are executed at the highest possible standards of accuracy and in a timely manner.

    • Know and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.

    • Prevent the spoiling and contamination of foods by implementing proper sanitation practices while ensuring compliance with policy and health regulations.

    • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service.

    • Maintain a clean workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment.

    • Assist in the daily cleaning of the pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, dish area, stairs, walk-in, and prep area.

    • Report any maintenance or repairs needed to the Executive Chef.

    • Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle.

    • Follow departmental policies, restaurant rules, and regulations outlined in the Employee Handbook and by management.

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time

    • Energy, accountability, and a team-oriented approach.

    • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.

    • A track record of taking ownership and going beyond responsibilities to ensure the success of the team.

    • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    • Great knife skills and experience on hot and cold lines.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Food Handler Certification (if applicable).

    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

    • 2+ years of relative experience in restaurant and/or culinary experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant is preferred.

    • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

    • PTO and Vacation Time unlimited, with some guidelines

    • Health Insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield, $90 per pay period

    • Bonuses and profit sharing incentive program

    • Educational engagement and extended culinary training

    • Relocation assistance as needed
