• Putting stock away

• Folding and keeping the laundry room organized

• Helping housekeepers fill their carts and getting supplies they need

• Helping housekeeper’s clean rooms

• Interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Conflict resolution experience

• Patience and good listening skills

• Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
