• Answer questions about the area and the properties

• Assist in the booking process, and guide potential guests to the most suitable stay

• Accept payments

• Maintain proper protocols

• Refer them to the correct party if you don’t have the answer

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Conflict resolution experience

• Patience and good listening skills

• Computer skills or ability to learn booking software

Seasonal summer position. This can result in permanent placement if year-round roles become available.

• Wage: From $16 per hour

• Part-time, seasonal

• Available to work 11 am - 7 pm EST

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed
